污水中的污染物主要依靠菌膠團(tuán)中的微生物降解將其去除，微生物需要營(yíng)養(yǎng)來(lái)促進(jìn)新陳代謝、生長(zhǎng)和繁殖。但污水水質(zhì)成分復(fù)雜，營(yíng)養(yǎng)配比不協(xié)調(diào)，特別是難降解廢水，水中的難降解物質(zhì)對(duì)微生物具有一定的生物毒性。當(dāng)污水環(huán)境營(yíng)養(yǎng)不均一，水質(zhì)毒性較大時(shí)，微生物細(xì)胞個(gè)體的新陳代謝會(huì)受到抑制，微生物種群活性下降，數(shù)量減少，導(dǎo)致生化系統(tǒng)的微生物生態(tài)圈遭到破壞，最終引發(fā)污水處理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行問(wèn)題，諸如:污泥解體、污泥膨脹、氨氮或COD去除率低等。
我單位通過(guò)研究難降解廢水的水質(zhì)特征，針對(duì)性的研發(fā)了微生物有機(jī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑I、微生物有機(jī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑V 、富活磷營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑、高效生物增效劑 、活性污泥調(diào)理劑等系列產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)品具備多種活性生物酶和生物促進(jìn)劑，能快速刺激微生物的增長(zhǎng)。針對(duì)于不同的污染水體投加不同的微生物有機(jī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑，通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)廢水的營(yíng)養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)控制合適的菌落結(jié)構(gòu)，提高劣質(zhì)碳源利用率，建立營(yíng)養(yǎng)平衡，有效改變微生物種群結(jié)構(gòu)及活性、提高COD和氨氮的去除率。
目前，該技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品已在山東無(wú)棣新海工業(yè)園廢水處理廠、兗礦魯南化工凈化水廠、淄博綠環(huán)水務(wù)有限公司等多家污水廠應(yīng)用，提高了生化系統(tǒng)的水質(zhì)水量的抗沖擊性和穩(wěn)定性，使得系統(tǒng)處理效率提高、出水水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)。如山東無(wú)棣新海工業(yè)園廢水處理廠采用我單位生產(chǎn)的微生物營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑進(jìn)行好氧系統(tǒng)的生物增效，增效后菌膠團(tuán)凝聚性變好，微生物活性強(qiáng)，在進(jìn)水COD為500-750mg/L、NH3-N 70-100 mg/L的條件下，出水達(dá)到NH3-N≤1.0 mg/L，COD≤40 mg/L。

本公司研發(fā)的生態(tài)磷營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑是一種含有可溶性生物磷脂、磷酸鹽、真菌多糖、核酸以及賴氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸等多種天然氨基酸的復(fù)合物，以磷元素為主，并富含大量天然的C、N元素，同時(shí)含有酵母中提取的微生物生長(zhǎng)促進(jìn)劑，可促進(jìn)污水微生物的快速增殖。
